We are looking for an energetic, flexible and experienced Scientific Documentation Manager who wants to join our team and who can take lead and responsibility for the fulfillment of the requirements for scientific documentation according to European and US regulatory requirements.

Your qualifications

Relevant higher education (medicine/natural sciences related)
Experience in medical research
Experience in Medical Device Industry is an asset
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Open minded and enjoy team work with colleagues from other disciplines
Good command of MS Office

Your tasks

Carry out scientific literature surveillance for our clients products and secure performance of literature reviews and market analysis for actual indications/products
Carry out research of the clients products in collaboration with leading specialists in the fields of interest for our client.
Summarize clinical trial results for our clients products
Provide assistance to Regulatory Affairs in product registrations and assist in Adverse Event handing
Coordinate external partners involved in the product development/support
